The Museum Bahari has the possibility to receive large groups of guests. Her multifunctional auditorium can seat an audience of about 150 guests. Therefore the museum offers the following additional services to you as a person or as a company.


Wedding on a unique location

One of the extra services the museum can provide is the opportunity for a special wedding. The auditorium offers a convenient place to receive your family and friends and at the same time a place to fulfill official ceremonies. Its space is easily converted afterwards so it is suitable for a great wedding party together with all your friends. For your great wedding party the auditorium can seat a maximum of 120 guests.

What about the pre-wedding photos?

The historical character of the museum makes for a beautiful setting for your pre-wedding photos in and around the buildings. Whether you prefer to have artistic photos or romantic ones: your photographer does have the possibility to make quality pictures of you in the Museum Bahari.

Conference room or business meetings

Perhaps you plan to have a shareholders' meeting in a different location than you are used to? Or perhaps you've got a plan for an important presentation but you lack a suitable location to receive your audience? Most likely the Museum Bahari can help.
To show films or presentation we have a screen with a 'beamer'. You could use also our standard P.A. system which is free to use.
In the case your meeting last the whole day you can contact us for a lunch. Just let us know in advance.

Professional filming at the museum

Beside the use of the auditorium it is possible to make professional film recordings from the museum or the collection. Basically, in consultation with us (almost) anything is possible. There is a procedure though:
After we receive your application our staff will contact you for an appointment to discuss the feasibility and to make your first site visit. When filling in our application form just remember: the more information you submit, the better we can evaluate your application.
After our conversation and your site visit we crystallize the results into a planning and a film agreement. When all technical and administrative part is completed our staff is more than helpful for an uncomplicated film-shooting day.
